Every so often we get the chance to be a part of a project which has massive community impact.  This one was no exception! After being devastated by fire back in February 2018, the cafe was in need of a major facelift. The brief was to create a bright, optimistic and welcoming place for visitors to refuel.  We used natural light, reflective surfaces, joyful colour and exciting design details.

Tones of colour from the Academys branding were pulled in throughout the interior and combined with optimistic, vibrant yellow to create a familiar yet positively new aesthetic.

We encouraged light into the space through the use of white surfaces and highlights of colour which appeared as block sections and interesting details.  Hexagon tiles and yellow grout are just one of the simple yet eye-catching details.
