After gaining a degree in Interior Design, Sarah took her love of concept development and mood board creation into the retail sector. With over 10 years experience in trend forecasting and product development, she loves working closely with clients to help shape the future of their businesses. As a strong strategic thinker and with a fantastic ability to identify new opportunities, Sarah is able to support teams to deliver commercial success. Sarah has experience in concept creation for brands and own-brands, visual merchandising and design development for new store launches. She has an in-depth understanding of manufacturing across a wide variety of product types and has worked with factories and suppliers across the world. In her free time, Sarah loves exploring and enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two young children. When she has some free time will be found shopping, discovering independent boutiques, and hidden gems.
Victoria trained as a graphic designer and moved into the retail sector after discovering her love for interiors. She spent 12 years working with multiple high street retailers and gained expertise in art direction and visual merchandising as well as product design and trend forecasting. She has a broad experience across a variety of different category areas as well as brand development and creative direction. Victoria’s knowledge of design, manufacturing, and styling enables her to successfully support clients from initial concept development right through to launch. She lives in London with her partner and daughter loves nothing better than relaxing with family and friends. As a self-confessed makeup addict Victoria is often found with her nose in a fashion magazine or browsing around her favourite beauty store.
